A key aspect of owning a luxury apartment in Ayana is the concierge services desk, Our Operations Manager, Carmen Roman, will be managing the team on-site and be your reference for any issues or questions.
What you can expect from us:
We are there to help you make the most of your home in Ayana, but can also provide additional concierge, property management and rentals services, all tailored to your personal needs.
This includes helping you to get settled in, from assisting with documentation and utilities to decoration and even finding schools.
To us, every owner at Ayana is different, so Carmen would like to make your acquaintance and find out how best we can design our services around your needs.

With over 12 years of experience and almost 300 properties under its management, Esenzia is specialised in providing operational services for residential communities with resort facilities, bridging the daily caretaking of an urbanisation with the on-site staffing of amenities such as a restaurant, spa and gym.
Our Operations Manager runs the concierge desk, organising all the daily chores for you and in addition to providing the operational management of the community and its facilities, also liaises with the gardening and security services, providing a single reference point for your needs.

Apart from the above, our team can provide specialised services tailored to your needs, including Property Management of your home, professional Rental Management that maximises your income potential while offering peace of mind, and a list of Concierge Services beyond those included in your community fees.
